This community-driven arts organization believes that the order in which creatives should be empowered is: disabled creatives first as it is challenging enough navigating the world as a disabled person, disability is not inability to participate in economic empowering activities, every individual possesses unique artistic talent that deserves recognition, development, and opportunity.
